As a renowned Canadian expert, he has expanded his practice to include offices in the UAE, Bangladesh, and Vietnam. With more than 34 years of extensive and varied experience, Dr. Dagher specializes in international economic development, industrial business linkages, manufacturing optimization, export promotion, national industry policy formulation, strategic planning, and conducting feasibility and national capacity assessment studies.
